Here are explanations regarding our company’s shipping and return policy:
1. Pass
The items you purchased will be delivered to your address according to the delivery terms you selected at the time of purchase:
Home delivery (cost of 29 ₪ or free for orders over 299 ₪) – delivery within four business days from the date of credit card approval and according to your place of residence.
Self-pickup – You can collect the order from the address of the “E-W Medical” factory that produces them, after receiving approval from the credit company and according to the operating hours:
“iW Medical”: Industry 4, A.ת. Har-Tuv A, Mateh Yehuda Regional Council, Israel (Postal Code 9980101) – Operating hours: Sun-Thu 08:00-16:00 (in Waze “Ozone Medical”)
Self-collection subject to presentation of an electronic receipt and the orderer’s ID.
In urgent cases, you can contact us by phone even after hours, and we will assist you as much as possible.
For the deliveries, we will use the shipping services of third-party logistics companies (“shipping partners”) for the purpose of delivering the order. The delivery services provided by the delivery partners will be within the territories of the State of Israel only and according to the terms of the delivery partners as mentioned. By agreeing to the site’s terms, you consent to the transfer of necessary information for the delivery to the mentioned shipping partners.
2. Shipment inspection
Upon receiving the delivery, the customer is requested to check the contents of the delivery and ensure its compliance with both the order and the invoice provided to them. A customer who received a defective product and/or a product that does not match their order is entitled to contact the company’s customer service in one of the ways detailed below, and the company will ensure to provide them with a new product at its own expense, subject to the return of the defective or incorrect product, which will be returned to the company upon receipt of the new delivery.
3. Cancellation policy
After placing the order, you are entitled to cancel the transaction subject to the consumer protection laws applicable to your transaction, and according to their terms.
Despite the above, if you are not satisfied with the product you received from us, we will allow you to return the product to the factory within 30 days from the date of receipt and receive a full refund (minus shipping costs).
In order to receive the refund, you must send the product, in its original packaging (even after using the product), to the address of “E-W Medical”: HaTa’asiya 4, A.ת. Har-Tuv A, Mateh Yehuda Regional Council, Israel (Postal Code 9980101) and send an email to office@ozon-medical.com containing the following details: order number, full name, contact phone number (as it appeared in the order), and a brief explanation describing the reason for dissatisfaction with the product.
We will credit your credit card, deducting shipping costs, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
